World War Two Jeep Front Bumper Rope

These are reproductions of the originals seen so many times on the front bumpers of jeeps in WWII pictures. A World War Two 3rd Army veteran who made them during the war, taught me how to make the tow ropes and how they wrapped them around the front bumper. These ropes are 1" diameter and are aprox. 26 feet long from eye to eye. It covers most of the space between the front bumper gussets. The spliced eyes are tapered just like the originals. These ropes are constructed exactly the same way this veteran did 55+ years ago. When I ship the rope, included in the box will be photo instructions on how to wrap the rope on the front bumper. If you would like to see a picture of the rope on a jeep, send me a email and I will get a picture to you.

Price is $30.00 plus whatever shipping and handling is to you. Or call 218-728-2741

I bought one myself a while back, and I'm glad I did. It looks real good.
